Intellectual property rights enable MTM's high-quality development

 Recently, MTM has achieved more success in its intellectual property declaration work, with seven new patents granted in May this year, including two invention patents and five utility model patents, further solidifying its intellectual property layout. So far, MTM has applied for 59 semiconductor-related patents, including 21 invention patents and 38 utility model patents, and has been granted 37 patents (3 invention patents and 34 utility model patents), with the rest having received acceptance notices.MTM has been implementing its intellectual property strategy seriously, increasing efforts in intellectual property work, strengthening patent law and regulations dissemination, patent knowledge popularization, patent training, patent application, and protection, achieving significant results. MTM encourages employees' business innovation and job-related inventions, rewarding inventors with certain amounts, and providing a technical exchange platform for employees, thereby increasing their enthusiasm for independent innovation. MTM has established a system for employees to declare inventions and creations and promptly submits scientific and technological achievements formed in the research, design, development, production, and operation processes to the intellectual property management team for protection.
      MTM has established an intellectual property management team responsible for patent application, management, and utilization, forming an effective set of work standards and processes. Before the approval of product and technology development projects, the intellectual property management team and relevant business departments jointly conduct patent literature retrieval and analysis to avoid duplication of research and infringement. MTM has established an intellectual property information database to archive, preserve, and manage technical data at various stages of research and development. During the research and development process, the intellectual property management team records and keeps technical materials to ensure the integrity of original data. Experts evaluate the contents proposed for protection, determine the protective measures to be taken, and decide whether to apply for intellectual property rights, when to apply, and which type of intellectual property to apply for.
